Event handlers:

- tip.completed → Tracks healthy social behavior

- tilt.detected → Records tilt episodes

- cooldown.violated → Penalizes impulsive behavior

- scam.reported → Hard penalty for malicious activity

- accountability.success → Rewards recovery/transparency

Recovery mechanism: Tilt indicators decay 0.5 points per hour
