Casino Trust Scores

How are trust scores calculated?

Trust scores (0-100) are based on:

  • Domain age & registration
  • Community reports (scam accusations, withdrawal complaints)
  • License verification (Curaçao, Malta, UK)
  • Payment history (withdrawal times, success rates)
  • Social proof (Reddit sentiment, Trustpilot reviews)

Learn more on our Trust System page.

Are trust scores accurate?

Trust scores are informational, not guarantees. They're based on publicly available data and community reports. Always do your own research before depositing.

What if a casino's trust score is wrong?

Contact us with evidence and we'll investigate. Trust scores are updated regularly based on new data.

Can casinos pay to boost their score?

Hell no. Trust scores are calculated algorithmically from public data. We don't accept payments from casinos. Ever.

Discord Bot

How do I add TiltCheck to my Discord server?

TiltCheck is currently in private beta. Email jme@tiltcheck.me for early access.

What permissions does the bot need?

TiltCheck needs:

  • Read Messages — to analyze tilt patterns
  • Send Messages — to send warnings/nudges
  • Embed Links — to display casino trust cards

We do NOT request admin permissions or the ability to delete messages.

Does TiltCheck work in DMs?

Yes. You can DM the bot to check casino trust scores or scan URLs without needing it in your server.

Can I customize the bot's behavior?

Yes. Server admins can configure:

  • Tilt threshold (when to trigger warnings)
  • Which channels to monitor
  • Trust score warning levels (e.g., block all casinos below 50)

Cryptocurrency & Tipping

What blockchain does TiltCheck use?

Solana — fast, cheap, and built for degens.

Does TiltCheck hold my crypto?

Never. TiltCheck is fully non-custodial. All tips go directly from your wallet to the recipient's wallet. We don't touch it.

What's the tipping fee?

0.0007 SOL (~$0.07 USD) per transaction. No percentages, no hidden fees.

Can I tip in other cryptocurrencies?

Not yet. Solana-only for now. We may add other chains later based on demand.

What if I send a tip to the wrong person?

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Double-check the recipient before confirming. TiltCheck is not responsible for user error.

Privacy & Security

Is my data safe?

Yes. TiltCheck uses:

  • AES-256 encryption at rest
  • TLS 1.3 encryption in transit
  • 90-day data retention (auto-purged after that)

See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Do you sell my data?

No. We don't sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers. Ever.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Email jme@tiltcheck.me to request deletion. We'll wipe your tilt scores and behavioral data within 7 days.

Is TiltCheck GDPR/CCPA compliant?

Yes. EU and California users have the right to access, delete, and export their data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Scam Protection

How does link scanning work?

When you post a URL in Discord, TiltCheck scans it via VirusTotal and checks our internal database of known phishing/scam domains. If it's sus, we block it and warn the channel.

What if a legitimate link gets blocked?

False positives are rare but possible. Server admins can whitelist specific domains. Report false positives to jme@tiltcheck.me.

How do I report a scam casino?

Email jme@tiltcheck.me with:

  • Casino domain/name
  • What happened (withdrawal denied, account locked, etc.)
  • Proof (screenshots, transaction IDs)

We'll investigate and update the trust score.

Open Source & Contributing

Is TiltCheck open source?

Yes. The entire codebase is on GitHub.

Can I contribute code?

Absolutely. Read our contributor guide to get started.

Can I fork TiltCheck and run my own version?

Yes, but check the license first. TiltCheck is open source, but if you fork it, give credit and don't pretend you built it from scratch.

Troubleshooting

The bot isn't responding. What's wrong?

Possible issues:

  • Bot is offline for maintenance (check Discord status)
  • Bot lacks permissions (check role settings)
  • Bot was kicked from the server (re-invite it)

Why isn't tilt detection working?

TiltCheck only monitors channels it has access to. Make sure the bot can read messages in the channel you're using.

I got a false tilt warning. How do I adjust it?

Server admins can increase the tilt threshold via /tiltcheck settings. Default is 65/100.
