How TiltCheck Works

1. Discord Integration

TiltCheck runs as a Discord bot in your server. It monitors public channels (with permission) and direct messages to detect behavioral patterns.

What we watch for:

  • Rapid message bursts (typing while tilted)
  • Emotional language patterns (frustration, anger, desperation)
  • Loss mentions followed by aggressive betting language
  • Time-of-day patterns (late-night tilt sessions)

2. Tilt Detection Algorithm

Our natural language parser analyzes your messages for tilt indicators:

  • I'm going all in after a loss mention
  • one more spin repeated multiple times
  • screw this followed by deposit language
  • Caps lock abuse, excessive punctuation, venting phrases

When tilt is detected, TiltCheck assigns a tilt score (0-100). High scores trigger interventions.

3. Casino Trust Scores

Before you deposit at a casino, TiltCheck checks its trust score:

  • Domain age — brand new domains get flagged
  • Community reports — scam accusations from real users
  • Withdrawal complaints — "I can't cash out" red flags
  • License verification — does the casino have legitimate licensing?

TiltCheck warns you if you're about to deposit at a sketchy site, especially when you're tilted.

4. Link Protection (SusLink & LinkGuard)

TiltCheck automatically scans URLs posted in Discord:

  • Phishing detection (fake wallet login pages)
  • Domain reputation checks (newly registered scam domains)
  • Malware/virus scanning via VirusTotal integration
  • Crypto drainer detection (sites that steal your wallet)

If a link is sus, TiltCheck blocks it and warns the channel.

5. Behavioral Nudges

When TiltCheck detects you're tilted, it sends gentle nudges:

  • Cooldown suggestions — "Take a 15-minute break?"
  • Budget reminders — "You set a $100 limit today"
  • Win/loss context — "You're up $50 this week, don't blow it"

No shaming. Just facts and friendly reminders.

6. Non-Custodial Crypto

TiltCheck never holds your crypto. All tipping and payments use direct wallet-to-wallet transfers.

When you tip someone with /tip @user 0.1 SOL, the transaction goes straight from your wallet to theirs. We don't touch it.

Flat fee: 0.0007 SOL (~$0.07 USD) per transaction (no percentages, no custody risk).

7. Data Privacy

TiltCheck stores minimal data:

  • Anonymized tilt scores (no message content stored)
  • Casino trust ratings (public data)
  • URL scan results (cached for performance)

We don't sell your data. We don't train AI models on your messages. We just protect you from tilt.
