Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using TiltCheck (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use TiltCheck.

These Terms apply to all users, including Discord server admins who install the bot.

2. Service Description

TiltCheck provides:

  • Tilt detection and behavioral analysis in Discord
  • Casino trust scoring and scam warnings
  • URL scanning and phishing protection
  • Non-custodial crypto tipping (Solana)

TiltCheck is NOT:

  • A gambling counselor or licensed therapist
  • A financial advisor
  • A custodian of your cryptocurrency
  • Responsible for casino outcomes or disputes

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use TiltCheck.

TiltCheck is not available in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.

4. User Responsibilities

By using TiltCheck, you agree to:

  • Use the Service lawfully: No spam, harassment, or illegal activity
  • Respect Discord's ToS: TiltCheck is a Discord bot; Discord rules apply
  • Secure your wallet: We are NOT responsible for lost/stolen private keys
  • Verify casino legitimacy: TiltCheck provides trust scores, but final decisions are yours

5. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use TiltCheck to:

  • Manipulate tilt scores or game trust ratings
  • Submit fake scam reports
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the bot
  • Harass other users via the tipping system
  • Evade bans or suspensions

Violations may result in account termination.

6. Tipping & Payments

TiltCheck uses non-custodial Solana transactions. Key facts:

  • Flat fee: 0.0007 SOL (~$0.07 USD) per transaction (subject to change)
  • No refunds: Blockchain transactions are irreversible
  • You control your wallet: We never hold your crypto
  • Network fees: Solana gas fees are separate and paid by you

Tip at your own risk. TiltCheck is not responsible for incorrect recipient addresses.

7. Casino Trust Scores

TiltCheck provides trust scores based on publicly available data. However:

  • Trust scores are informational, not guarantees
  • We are NOT liable if a "trusted" casino scams you
  • You must do your own research before depositing

If you get scammed, that's between you and the casino. TiltCheck is a warning system, not an insurance policy.

8. Disclaimers

TiltCheck is provided "AS IS" with no warranties. Specifically:

  • No Uptime Guarantee: The bot may go offline for maintenance
  • No Accuracy Guarantee: Tilt scores and trust ratings are best-effort estimates
  • No Gambling Advice: TiltCheck does not endorse or recommend any casino

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • TiltCheck and jmenichole are NOT liable for gambling losses
  • We are NOT liable for lost/stolen cryptocurrency
  • We are NOT liable for damages from bot downtime or errors

Total liability cap: If we are found liable for anything, damages are capped at $100 USD.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless TiltCheck and jmenichole from any claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights

11. Privacy

Your use of TiltCheck is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of TiltCheck after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TiltCheck for:

  • Violating these Terms
  • Abusing the Service (spam, fake reports, etc.)
  • Legal or regulatory reasons

You can stop using TiltCheck at any time by removing the bot from your Discord server.

14. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration (not court). You waive your right to a jury trial.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
